Weekly classes postponed


It seemed like just a few days ago I took this picture, a frosty day when calm waters revealed clear reflection. Rapid changes are afoot! The snow and ice melts, we hunker down into the unknown mystery the current moment presents.

My weekly in-person yoga classes will resume when our local schools reopen. In the meantime, I explore the possibilities of online classes. Please check back soon.

Class Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Week of 11/26/18

The schedule is not totally clear for the end of this week, here’s what I think it’s looking like:

Monday: NO CLASS

Tuesday: 7-8:30 a.m.  Rise & Shine Class

Wednesday: NO CLASS

I’ll do my best to post an update on Wednesday, but if there’s no notice, assume classes are postponed until further notice. Thanks!

Classes Canceled 11/23 & 11/24

There will be no classes on Friday or Saturday this week, afterall.

Sunday 4-5 p.m. is still intended.

Next week’s schedule will be posted as soon as I know.

Class Schedule for week of 11/19/18

Monday Lunchtime Class   12-1 p.m.

Plan for rest of this week:
Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30 a.m. and 7-8:30 a.m. (Weekly Rise & Shine Class)
* Wednesday: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
No class on Thursday.
* Friday 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
* Saturday 4-7 a.m. (Some kind of Sadhana!)
Something like: 4:00 – 4:45 settle in and chant Japji
4:45 – 5:30 yoga
5:30 – 6:30 chanting
6:30 – 7:00 potluck breakfast
* Sunday 4-5 p.m.

* Please let me know if you intend to attend any of the classes offered Wed-Sunday.

Prepare for Yoga Class:

How to Prepare and What to Bring to Class
  • Please arrive on an empty stomach.
  • You may want to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and meditation cushion, as we have a limited supply.
  • A water bottle
  • A head covering is recommended for Kundalini meditation:  a shawl, scarf, hat, kerchief, or turban.

     ​ T​ea will be served at the end of class.
