Prepare for Yoga Class:

How to Prepare and What to Bring to Class
  • Please arrive on an empty stomach.
  • You may want to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and meditation cushion, as we have a limited supply.
  • A water bottle
  • A head covering is recommended for Kundalini meditation:  a shawl, scarf, hat, kerchief, or turban.

     ​ T​ea will be served at the end of class.
